High Performance Training-$35 a session Premier program for taking young athletes to their peak performance,designed for competitive athletes, designed to compete at the highest levels. This program in for Basketball,Football, and Track and Field athletes. *15 minutes in an intensive speed, agility, quickness, balance and core strength workout. *15 minutes in a periodized strength training session for developing muscular power, strength, and endurance. *30 minutes of position specific drills and streching.
