One of the largest dairy processors in the United States is looking for an experienced leader to drive change and upgrade the overall quality of company management through ongoing leadership and team development.


Must Haves:


Manufacturing Experience.

10 +years experience in organizational development.

Compensation: Up To $130K Salary + Bonus

Relocation: For the right candidate


Experience with Achieve Global, Crucial Conversations, Lominger, Birkman, assessment centers or similar tools will be important.

Job Description:

This person will also be responsible for continual coaching and consultation on matters of succession planning and long-term cultural issues. Will also design and implement a succession planning program that assesses and addresses the performance and development needs of the company's management team.

Other areas of responsibility to include assessment and continued improvement of the company’s training needs. Assembling, validating and defining of a competency model for use in recruiting, training and performance management. Provide expertise in strategy development, execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts. Will assist in planning, implementation, and on-going maintenance of Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity, and Compensation Programs. Will assist with the development and implementation of major changes management initiatives.
