Sahaj means natural or effortless. Samadhi is a deep, blissful, meditative state. Sahaj Samadhi Meditation is a natural, effortless system of meditation.
Like the sun covered with clouds, our innermost nature can only be covered temporarily. Open to all, the course is spread over three daily sessions of three hours each.
Regular daily practice of the technique can totally transform the quality of one’s life, by culturing the system to maintain the peace, energy, and expanded awareness of meditation throughout the day.
During the 3 day course you will be initiated into a natural and graceful system of meditation that enables an effortless transcendence into the deeper levels of the self. You will get a short regular daily practice which has a deep and lasting impact on your life. Through this daily practice, the nervous system is cultivated so that inner peace and expansion increasingly remain active throughout your day.
