Description We are a fast paced, deadline driven, national/international sales organization in a high growth industry. We are seeking creative, talented, motivated individuals who have the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth by helping in recruiting sales talent.
The Sales Recruiter will work closely with our entire sales management staff to identify, do initial phone / face-to-face interviews, screen and set up final interviews for the appropriate offices and manager on their recruiting needs. The selected individuals would be responsible for the recruitment of individuals seeking Professional Sales Management positions, which would encompass recruiting, and training of new sales staff.
Qualified candidates for the Recruiter position will:
• Develop recruiting strategies designed to fit our sales model and recruiting needs • Evaluate candidates’ based on their strengths that fit our sales needs and compensation structure • Work independently recruiting necessary talent to achieve personal sales goals. • Communicate with all offices by sharing recruiting “best practices" and provide accurate, thorough documentation daily on new employee applicants in our tracking system • Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts, gain industry knowledge, and get referrals and sales leads • Proactively source candidates using multiple means, thinking outside the box (internet, associations, recruiting events, etc) Requirements Qualified candidates for the Recruiter position must:
• Have a Bachelor’s degree or related sales or recruiting experience • Be available to work before and after typical office hours as needed • Possess strong written and oral communication skills • Proficiency in MS Office Suite would be beneficial. • Able to identify possible sales talent with little or no background in sales • Have the hunter mentality • Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced, deadline drive sales environment • Be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements. The chosen candidate will receive a highly competitive commission structured compensation package, top performers can expect to earn a six figure income, a benefits package including a dental / vision plan.
