Personally trained conditioning and/ or self-defense of the body for individuals of any age. I have physically trained precision (which I call accuracy, skill, and technique), speed (cardiovascular, fast-twitch muscles), and power (or strength which is developed slowly through the latter) of the body for seven years through physical conditioning and martial arts. I am young and have much energy to share. I will also offer advice in nutrition choices if you have questions.
I will physically get your entire body into a controlled and strong form, from arms, to core (abdominals), and legs. I require no gym and my routine/ exercises consist of body weight movements.
If youíre looking for self-defense training as well or aside from physical conditioning you have the option of learning to defend yourself with my background in the arts of Aikido, Muay Thai, and conventional Boxing. These are great for physical conditioning activities as well.
I will teach you foot work, how to block, parry, dodge, grapple from a standing position, and to just plain hold your hands up. I will also teach you basic hand punches, foot kicks, elbows, and knees. Eventually you can start light sparring with myself if you choose. Weapons training is also available.
I offer two free sessions where we will meet, find out exactly what it is youíre interested in learning and you can evaluate myself as well; I like to train with my clients.
My rates are cheap, anywhere from single sessions to monthly pay, which ever fits your schedule.
If youíre not tired and donít like the training, remember, it was free and you can always find someone else who can better offer what it is youíre looking for.
