RESPONSIBILITIES include, but not limited to: We are looking for a full-time Ignition Interlock Technician who will be responsible for installing ignition interlock devices.
Install and service under-dash car device and components in customers vehicle(s) Perform calibration and monitoring checks Promote excellence by providing superior service to each customer Adeptly explains features, benefits, and technical aspects of the product Demonstrates expert knowledge of the competitive market Takes initiative to become an expert at the job Is team oriented and works collaboratively to achieve team goals Solves problems by gathering information and evaluating options Committed to meeting quality standards Maintain professionalism, integrity and confidentiality of pertinent information and records Conduct training sessions covering use of the device
REQUIREMENTS: Must have 12 volt experience Must have a minimum of 1-2 years extensive car audio installation or car repair experience General understanding of computers Ability to interface with customers and provide a certain level of customer service Ability to work in a team atmosphere as well as independently High School Diploma or equivalent experience Must be able to provide 2 supervisory references Must be able to pass a background check, NO DUIs
