BZ Media, a media company based in Huntington, seeks an Administrative Associate for a temporary project expected to last from June 2010 to September 2010. The hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
The successful candidate must have:
One to two years of Customer Service experience, Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; MS Word, Excel & Outlook, Experience in Accounts Receivable a plus, Experience with Peachtree and/or QuickBooks a plus, Some college background preferred.
The candidate must also have strong attention to detail, communications skills, and be well organized.
This temporary position is based in BZ Media's Huntington, N.Y., headquarters office. Candidates must live within easy commute range of the office.
