JOBS etc has a client job opening for a full-time professional ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities Include:
-Answering Multi-Line Phone
-Data Entry and Scheduling using our Proprietary Database
-Extensive E-mail Correspondence Working With Microsoft Outlook
-Scanning / Uploading Documents
-Creating Customer Proposals and Assisting Sales Team
-Working With and Creating Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets
-Desktop Publishing

Skills Required:
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
-Knowledge of Desktop Publishing Programs (PrintShop, MS Publisher)
-Typing Skills of 45 WPM
-Excellent Telephone Communication Skills
-Reliable Transportation
