Job Description:
Lead all sales activities in the contract furniture business through sales associates in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibility:
• Present company products, position, and objectives to associates, management, customers and professional organizations.
• Manage and interpret financial numbers and make sound decisions that relate to profitability.
• Develop sales strategies to meet company volume, profit and productivity objectives.
• Some overnight travel required.

Job Requirements:
• BS/BA in Business Administration or Marketing. Equivalent experience required.
• Five to ten years’ sales leadership and selling experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing and developing human resources and effective at creating mutually supportive relationships throughout the organization.
