Job Description: Lead all sales activities in the contract furniture business through sales associates in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility: Present company products, position, and objectives to associates, management, customers and professional organizations. Manage and interpret financial numbers and make sound decisions that relate to profitability. Develop sales strategies to meet company volume, profit and productivity objectives. Some overnight travel required.

Job Requirements: BS/BA in Business Administration or Marketing. Equivalent experience required. Five to ten years sales leadership and selling experience. Demonstrated success in managing and developing human resources and effective at creating mutually supportive relationships throughout the organization.
