2nd Annual Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Pagan & Proud Festival
Saturday August 28, 2010
11 AM to 8 PM
Woody Acres Avian Eco Center
Crow Hill Rd, Beaumont, PA 18636

Come all on Sat., August 28, 2010 from 11am to 8pm! Our friends at Woody Acres has opened up their beautiful rural farm to host the 2nd "pagan pride" event in the area hosted by the Sacred Crossroads Association although we will not be affiliated with Pagan Pride International this year. No hard feelings it just we would like to do it our way and in a place we feel is totally OK where the public can still reach us to be educated half way between Scranton and Wilkes/Barre. Woody Acres is a Avaian Eco Center, which is an emerging green wildlife conservation project. It is a wildlife refuge to native species of birds and a captive conservation breeding program for non-native and rare breeds. We will be collecting $2 of each $3 adult admission to help out Woody Acres as our main charity for letting us hold our festivities there. Also during this day of celebrating our day of harvest, freedom of religion, education and community awareness; plan on excellent live music, educational workshops, children's activities, vendors, lots of yummy food featuring Woody's Pork BBQ, and we'll keep you updated as we plan more for this great family day!
