My boyfriend and I recently bought a house. I'm eighteen and he's twenty three. It's a three bedroom house, split level, with a two car garage. He's a huge car fan, I prefer games. We have another room mate named Chris. I have two dogs and two cats. One dog is an Anatolian Shepherd and an Alaskan Husky mix, about 7 months old. He's super sweet, but he's gets excited a lot. I have a Maltese Poodle mix, he'll be two years old in August. He loves to be petted and is not a yap yap dog. This isn't a party house. I'm a part time worker and a full time student, and Andy is a full time worker, so not much time for parties. Two kitties are litter trained and the litter box is in our bathroom, so you'll never see it. Everyone in the house is a non smoker. Causal drinkers, not drink until hammered drunk everyday. Live about 15-20 mins from APSU, about 25-30 mins from Exit 4. About 15-20 mins from Exit 11. We live out on 41A, in a new subdivision. Most of the people that live around us are families, but we're a bit of the odd balls in the group considering our age.

Room is 450
Utilities are total divided by how many people in the house. 100 at Max.
I thought if everyone put in about 100 for food we could all eat whatever is in the fridge no problem, as well as "family" meals, and it'd also include paper towels, soap, dish washing liquid, etc. etc. This is optional though.
Deposit of 450 that will be returned when you decide to move out, as long as you don't screw us in the process.

We'd love to have another big dog in the house that is okay with other dogs, big and small, as well as cats.
