Global HR Transaction/Service Delivery Model Common elements globally with additional responsibilities within North America
l Transaction Processing: Entry, validation & issue resolution.
l NOTE: North America & UK transactions typically require more coordination, where as Continental Europe , Asia and Latin America are more administrative)
l Timecard entries for those on leave
l Daily Peer Review, Data Validation
l Monthly Scorecards, Quarterly Sox Audits
l Ensuring employee requirements are met with respect to:
l Non Disclosure Agreements
l Adherence to compliance training requirements
l HR Systems support:
l Issue identification
l Support HR system testing cycles
l Participate in pilots for training & process improvements, identify improvement opportunities
l Provide support as needed for HRIM/SD Projects
l PeopleSoft 8.9 experience
l Provides HR Generalist support for associates at administrative and entry-level including such items as Onboarding, Exit Interviews, Employee Relations, etc.
l Provide support to HR Practitioners in support of delivering on HR Promise
l Case Management
l Serve as first point of contact for employees on all HR issues, including payroll inquiries. In Canada, ROEs are handled by HR; HR also provides support to some year end processing that related to benefits.
l Affirmative Action Plans
l Coordination with vendor on leaves (Short Term/Long Term)
l Offer Letters, Termination Letters/Continuing Obligations
l Provide support for performance management tools, including goal setting, full circle feedback & competency assessments.
