We are seeking Physical Therapists to join our patient-minded team. This is an ideal opportunity for a dedicated, hard-working and motivated individual to interact directly with our patients and make a significant impact within our own organization.

Our Physical Therapists provide services and treatment in the patientís home and surrounding environment. Unlike a rehabilitation setting or even an outpatient clinic, unique emphasis is placed on functional mobility in and around the patientís residence where he/she will spend most of their time. The patient (or family) is fully involved with developing the plan of care that the primary care physician will ultimately approve. Our Physical Therapists seeks to improve the patientís mobility toward his/her prior level of function (PLOF).

Position qualifications include: License to practice as Physical Therapist in California; NEW GRAD'S CONSIDERED: We prefer at least one (1) year of clinical experience, but it is not required; Current BLS Certification; Previous experience with the OASIS and Medicare Process preferred; Safe driving record & ability to navigate; Flexibility to meet the changing needs of our patients (i.e., distance, scheduling); Demonstrated professional attitude Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment; Good communication & organizational skills; Computer literacy, experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) preferred.

We are certified by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, accredited by The Joint Commission, and a preferred member of the Better Business Bureau.
