Our team is currently seeking an individual for an immediate full-time position.
This is a salaried position; compensation will be based on experience. This position requires 2+ years of sales/administrative experience. Exceptional phone, communication, and computer skills are required.
The candidate must have the ability to handle a fast-paced environment while multi-tasking. It will be necessary to be able to manage time appropriately and efficiently and organize tasks. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite will be necessary.
Primary Responsibilities: - Managing the executive schedule and calendar for EVP of Sales - Assist in facilitating communication with the customer - Answering incoming calls and making outbound calls - Scheduling appointments - Creating and maintaining periodic sales reports - Performing administrative duties (typing, filing, database entry)
