Call Center Customer Service Experience!!!

Salary: $11- $13.75
Hours: Schedule is an 8-hour shift between 7am - 7pm
Location: 610 & TC Jester Zip: 77018
Time: 3 Months Contract
Education: High School Diploma/GED / Associate Degree preferred.
Reports to: Supervisor of Customer Service

Position Purpose:
As a Team leader within Customer Service, you will lead a team of customer service representatives who’s primary function is to set-up client accounts and address customer concerns. The Team Leads primary responsibilities is to provide coaching and motivation for the team members so that the individual and department goals are achieved.

Bi-lingual a plus
Must be able to type 40+ wpm.
Must have 6 months experience in a fast paced Call Center Environment (Customer Service & Sales).
Computer Literacy: Proficient – Microsoft applications (Word, Excel).
Proven experience with inbound/outbound calls.
Excellent time management skills.
Industries Preferred: Real Estate background preferred.
Intangibles: Ethics, Integrity, Communication, Strong work ethic.
The Ability to Multi-task and prioritize is a must.
Stellar verbal and written skills. Must use proper grammar on and off the phone.
Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends if needed.

Scope and Responsibilities:
The position coaches and leads a team of Customer Service Representatives. Develops the team and people to add value through quality of customer experience. Use metrics and standards of performances measurement to create best in class standards. The position is responsible for heavy interaction with clients, peers, and supervisory team.

Create/manage right environment in which the quality provided creates a superior service delivery mechanism.
Assists the management team in setting goals supporting corporate business strategies.
Convey clear expectations and establish high standards of performance.
Translate business strategies into clear objectives and tactics as well as assisting in the development of specific action steps and accountabilities around them.
Must monitor (Team) progress of work and re-direct efforts when goals are not being met.
Allocate own time efficiently; handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
Champion new initiatives; act as a catalyst of change.
Effectively communicate detailed information to the appropriate people.
Track attendance and monitor hours worked.
