Community Care is currently seeking a full-time member service representative- Bilingual preferred (Spanish) to help support the Member Services Department within its Camp Hill, PA location. This position will work Monday through Friday, with work hours between 8:30a.m. to 5:00p.m. The member service representative will serve as the initial point of contact and as a resource and advocate for both programs and is responsible for carrying out development of the integrated delivery system (IDS) which includes providers both internal and external to the current provider system. The Representative responds to questions and issues on a daily basis. Notify members of network changes, procedural modifications and other new information and is responsible for organizing and coordinating education, orientation and outreach activities for members.

Basic Qualification
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years in behavioral health Call Center and/ or insurance call center required.
- Bilingual skills preferred (Spanish)
- Some college preferred.
- Experience in public sector is preferred.
- Commitment to public service.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows products (Word, Excel, Access, etc.)
- Typing ability of 40 WPM.
