International Bancard Corporation (IBC) is a leading national financial transaction services company. We’re seeking District Sales Managers with 7- 10 years experience servicing retail bank branches and a proven background in account development. We are recruiting three District Managers with regional responsibilities in one of the following cities: Akron, OH; Cleveland, OH; and Green Bay, WI. To sell credit and debit card payment processing services to business banking customers, you’ll need to think like a bank regional or branch manager. And you’ll bring the drive to outperform everyone – even your own Channel Director and our Executive Management.

While not required, prior experience in banking or selling payment-processing services is a plus. Most importantly, we are looking for professionals who are experts in consultative selling and have the ability to learn on the job and apply this knowledge to your daily sales process. You’ll work in the field and with your prospects except when at our corporate office for training or underwriting support. And you know how to have fun along the way.

Expect to receive world-class training on our products and services as well as how to use our Web-based CRM reporting system for all deals entered and customers on-boarded with IBC. This base salary and bonus income opportunity includes benefits like basic health coverage, cell phone allowance and gas card.

Required Skills:
The District Manager sets, achieves and exceeds sales revenue quota targets by winning new contracts and orders through prospecting, developing new customer relationships and servicing existing client referrals. Negotiates merchant accounts and works with the internal relationship managers, estimating, underwriting, deployment and client care teams to close business. 

Manages customer relationship and serves as the primary point of contact for senior bank managers. Serves as an advisor to the Channel Director on market trends and new competitive product and service offerings. Self-driven with a strong passion for never, ever losing a customer. Must have ability to receive coaching and feedback and willingness to implement recommendations within sales process. Must live in or near the markets you would be serving.

Education & Experience:
• Minimum BA or BS from an accredited university
• 7 to 10 years sales experience
* Strong customer service skills
• Experience in selling banking or payment-processing products desired but not required
