Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

*Answer telephone, screen and direct calls.
*Telephone system and voice mail.
*Take and relay messages.
*Provide information to customers.
*General administrative and clerical support.
*Some preparation of letters and documents.
*Some Filing.
*Receive and sort mail and deliveries.
*Setup Shipments and Deliveries.
*Assists in other duties as needed and directed.

Education and Experience

*High school diploma generally required
*Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
*Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications such as Email, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. (Knowledge of Quick Books a Plus)
*Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
*Keyboard skills
