We are looking for an Assembly Supervisor with a strong background in within the lighting/electrical, metal fabrication industry and who has the leadership and people skills to make our production department a model of efficiency. Only candidates with experience in Lighting / Electrical manufacturing and assembly will be considered.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Day to day operations of the assembly department working very close with manufacturing Designing and facilitating the most effective utilization of personnel, material, machines Analyzes efficiency of assemble operations. Records and analyzes information on specific problems affecting the utilization of personnel, material, machines and facilities. Serves a leadership role in a variety of manufacturing improvement/general projects. Relatively high level of analytical ability where problems are complex. Well-developed oral and written communication skills High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively and motivate others.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced team environment and MUST have prior related industry experience. Good communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus) and solid computer skills. A person who aligns with our vision, mission and values.
