Hello, Welcome and Thank You for visiting this page about your personal Safety.

I hope that the following information on the subject of Personal Safety, will be of benefit to the reader of this newsletter.

I ask you the reader this there a day that passes, that there is no mention of some crime happening somewhere? It is a fact that Crime is on the rise, you read about in the newspaper, or see it on the television. The state of the economy isn't helping either.

The need for all to understand that PERSONAL SAFETY should be of concern to everyone. We all have precious ones in our lives , the ones that you live your life for...would you not agree? There is not a day that goes by, that the safety of my loved ones doesn't cross my mind.

The sad reality is that we all overlook the possibility that we may become victims ourselves one day. Most take life for granted and never prepare
themselves for any situation until its to late. Would you agree?

It is often said that Prevention is more important than the cure itself.
Always expect the unexpected. Common sense goes a long way in life. It enables you to survive when the going gets rough. No one should have
thoughts that "IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN TO OUR FAMILY". We should all know that there are no guarantees in life, we all live day by day and hope for the best don't we? With that said, we should always be prepared for the What If?

Please, also remember that law enforcement will only get involved after the Crime has been committed, their duty to the victim is to investigate
and find the person(s) that committed the crime. Maybe, being prepared, the crime against the victim might have been averted. I, myself took action and have my loved ones protected with non lethal tools that are legal and available to anyone that wants to have the peace of mind when it comes to personal safety for your family and yourself.

I provide this information with the hope that the reader will at least have the insight on crime prevention and seriously consider the well being and safety of all that you love and want to protect. Being prepared is always better than being unprepared...Right?

There are many safety issues that one might encounter...I leave you with something to think about that you should pay attention to. And that is
THE INTERNET, it's becoming a safety issue amongst families with children who have access to a computer, remember our young ones are very good at knowing their way around the internet...Parents remember we live in the cyber Age. All sorts of information, both good and bad is
traveling faster than light!. You hear about people preying on children all the time, through the Internet. There is a Tool that will allow a concerned parent to know exactly where they have been on the internet without their knowledge! No one will ever know unless you tell them!!! Isn't technology wonderful. Remember, there is a tool for every safety issue.

In closing, I leave you with this FREE ANTI-CRIME REPORT as a way of showing my gratitude to you, the reader of this newsletter for taking the time to allow me to share information that I hope will make you take action and protect your loved ones and yourself.

The con artists philosophy is "the gullible were put on this earth to be gulled." In the past, con artists were usually called con men. This no longer is the
case as more and more women have become involved in con games and numerous variations of con games. Before we proceed with some tips on
"how not to get conned" you should always remember that a con artist can be a male or female. In addition, many times the con artist will work with
a child who will assist them in accomplishing their goal. That goal is to GET YOUR MONEY.

Here are some good rules to follow all the time - whether or not you suspect a fraud:
. Don't believe in something-for-nothing offers. You get what you pay for.
. Be suspicious of high-pressure sales efforts.
. Take your time; think about it before you part with your money.
. Get all agreements in writing. Insist that agreements be in plain English
and not legal jargon.
. Read all contracts and agreements before signing. Have a lawyer examine all major contracts.
. Beware of anyone who comes to your door asking for money for charity or for personal reasons.

Home repairs and improvements can be costly. Watch out if:
. Somebody offers to do an expensive job for an unusually low price.
. If a firm offers to make a "free" inspection or if the person just happened to be in the neighborhood.
. The most popular home improvement frauds are roof repair and painting driveway sealing, and termite inspection.

To avoid home improvement and repair fraud, try the following:
. Always get several estimates for every repair job, and compare prices and terms. check to see if there is a charge for estimates.
. Ask your friends for recommendations.Alternatively, ask the firm for
references and CHECK THEM!
. Check the identification of all "inspectors."
. Call the Consumer Affairs office or the Better Business Bureau to check the company's reputation before you authorize any work.
. Be suspicious of high-pressure sales tactics.
. Pay by check - never with cash. Arrange to make the payments in installments.
