• Will oversee a team of techs and service writers to provide first class customer service to external and internal customers. • Will oversee all operations of the department including, schedules, budgets and training. Responsible for timely completion of all warranty work to maximize benefits to customer and dealership.
Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in service managers roll. • Knowledge of New Holland/Case IH warranties are a plus. • Track record of interfacing with customers to achieve satisfaction. • Must be able to coach team members to achieve performance benchmarks. • Computer literate.
