About Yoga: The word "yoga" in Sanskrit means "union." Yoga has the goal of uniting the body and and mind in harmony, reducing stress, and promoting holistic health. Yoga incorporates physical poses that aid in flexibility, strength, and balance, with breathing practices that promote a centered and mindful existence. Although an ancient practice, yoga today can be a powerful discipline for strengthening body, mind, and spirit. If you are searching for clarity, well-being, and equilibrium in a changeable world, yoga may be the path for you.
