COMSYS currently has an opening for a Badge Administrator for a long-term opportunity working onsite for our healthcare client in Kansas City.

The Badge Administrator will assist our client with new hire badge access; taking the new hire's picture and creating the badge with the appropriate access levels. This person will also assist with password creation and resets and replacing lost or stolen badges for employees of our client. Good customer service skills and some IT background are needed to perform successfully in this role.

The Administrators day will consist of working primarily with Physicians performing a technical support, including software and low-level network support and creating badges for new hires or for replacement badges. May perform resetting of passwords for Physicians who have lost their IDs and/or who dont have access to their systems. May help with special projects; update and create EXCEL spreadsheets, managing potential other access issues and doing computer support for the group.


Background in Help Desk or Desktop Support, or low-level networking.
Microsoft EXCEL and WORD.
EXCELLENT customer service skills with a patient and helpful attitude working with users in person or over the telephone.
Good communication skills are a must; both oral and written.
Time management skills and a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty is a real plus.

Duration: 6+ month contract with extensions, but there is potential for conversion to direct hire.

Work hours: 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday thru Friday, but every other Monday, must handle Orientation (taking photos and creating as many as 20-50 badges) which would require the Administrator to start at 7:00am.

Candidate must be able to pass a 5-panel drug screen and 7 year employment, education and criminal background check to be eligible for hire.
