These dogs are located in San Diego County. Their dogs are still at the home and the bank will be foreclosing very soon. The dogs do not have a home because the rental their family went to does not allow pets. This family gave their cats away and put down 1 of their 3 dogs this week in their plight. This is a very heartbreaking situation for the 2 dogs they have left and I am worried about them.
I was able to meet these 2 lovely ladies this past weekend and they are super sweet!!!!! They are both about 30-40 lbs and love people. They were very friendly. The owners say they are good with other dogs, cats and kids. They have been on a ranch with lots of acreage so the young one (Jesse) needs some room to run around – not necessarily a ranch…just a backyard. The older one (Callie) is 15 and in great shape – she can walk really well and can see and hear!!! You would never know she was 15! She does not need a lot of room. It would be great if we could keep them together but that is not necessary as just getting the dogs out of this home asap is the priority.
They are both mixed breeds. Jesse doesn’t bark much so they think she may have Besenji in her. They think that Callie might have a little Sharpei in her.
They are living in an abandoned foreclosing home and the owner goes there periodically to give them food and water. This is an urgent situation.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR A FOSTER, OR A PERMANENT HOME FOR 1 OR BOTH. I HAVE INCLUDED A COUPLE OF PHOTOS OF THE HOME SO YOU CAN SEE THE LIVING CONDITIONS FOR THESE DOGS RIGHT NOW. WE NEED YOUR HELP ASAP!!!
