Level 1: The basics:
(Starting at an investment of $20 per month) or ($40 a quarter)

• Compliance services – What every business has to have done, including monthly transactional recording, and preparation of financial statements.
• Taxation – Preparation of your personal income taxes, this includes schedule C business income taxes. Also, help you keep up with your government responsibilities.
• Bank services – Monthly check book reconciliation.

Level 2: The basics + payroll:
(Starting at an investment of $75 per month)

• Compliance services – All of the services provided in level 1
• Payroll services – What every business is required to do when they have employees. Weekly payroll processing, government reports and transmittals, and year end reports, W-2’s, and 1099’s. Also, have questions answered quickly by phone or e-mail.

Level 3: The bookkeeper: Like having a full time bookkeeper with part time cost.
(Starting at an investment of $100 per month)

• Compliance services – All of the services provided in level 2
• A/P, A/R services – Keeping your A/P and A/R current by recording your transactions (Invoices sent, checks written, checks received, etc.) on a timely basis. Reporting to you what you owe and what others owe you. Informing you of what bills are due and what money should be coming in. Also, have questions answered quickly by phone or e-mail.

Level 4: The bookkeeper + Human Resources: Like having a full time bookkeeper and human resource person with part time cost.
(Starting at an investment of $125 per month)

• Compliance services - All of the services provided in level 3
• Human Resources – What every business has to have done when they have employees. All the paper work and filings associated with employees. Also, have questions answered quickly by phone or e-mail.
