Company seeking human resource generalist. Ideal candidate must have excellent people skills and patience. S/he will be responsible for the development and implementation of policy, programs, and procedures. This may include training, discipline or rewards programs, or simply answering HR questions posed by employees and/or management. May be required to interview potential employees and/or management personnel or conduct performance reviews. Other responsibilities may include payroll and benefits administration, research of various sorts related to HR, review and implementation of safety procedures, documentation and follow-up, as well as advisement of upper management. Compensation starts at $16 p/h DOE.
