Local restaurant seeks a line cook passionate about food to fill immediate opening. The employee hired will be courteous, friendly, customer-focused, work well with others, and take direction and run with it. S/he must be able to get food out quickly, but correctly. S/he needs to be able to plan out a well-organized kitchen that is also visually pleasing. This cook will be required to continually evaluate the quality and taste of food coming out of the kitchen and make spur of the moment decisions to positively impact our guests' experience. S/he will be responsible for ensuring all food food prep is completed to standard and that the kitchen is kept impeccably clean and well stocked. S/he may be responsible for food ordering. Compensation is $12.50-14 p/h (DOE), plus medical, dental, prescription, and life insurance.
