Local call center seeks a team leader with great customer service skills. This individual needs to be motivated to solve client problems with a positive attitude while leading his/her team by example. This individual should be able to handle all calls that are transferred to her/him, regardless of the attitude/state of mind of the client on the other end of the line. S/he may be responsible for coaching other call center employees to help them improver their performances. Ideal candidate must be organized and reliable. Compensation starts at $13-14 p/h.
