• Monitoring and troubleshooting Windows servers and network connections in a Citrix environment. • Uses a Lotus Notes system for logging trouble tickets but client is moving to ServiceNow as their trouble ticket system. • The technician will be fixing and resolving issues with print servers using a Citrix profile, Windows 2000 servers (they’re moving to 2003 and 2008 servers shortly), and application servers for their Warehouse Management System. • Cleaning up disk drives when they’re overloaded with data and performing general Windows navigation and network tasks.

Work schedule is four 10-hour days which will vary throughout the week and the hours are 4:30PM to 3:30am. These are NIGHT shift.
