THE MISSION Little Language SafariTM is an education start-up based in New York City offering play-based language immersion classes to toddlers and preschoolers. Our mission is to nurture kids to be multilingual, curious about the world, and little world citizens. Through music, art, games, and dance, kids will have FUN discovering a second language.
Our roots are small, but our dreams are big – we want to revolutionize when and how Americans learn a second language. Little Language SafariTM will launch in Manhattan this summer and expand throughout the city, NY metropolitan area, and the country. Join us and make your stamp on the world.
JOB DESCRIPTION We’re looking for a creative, entrepreneurial type to develop our key asset: the curriculum. Develop a curriculum that mesmerizes and exposes kids (ages 1 – 5) to a second language (Chinese, Spanish, French) through music, art, games, and movement. Bring the curriculum to life by being the first Little Language SafariTM instructor to teach the curriculum you developed. Train others instructors on how to teach the curriculum.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Passion for our mission - Loves working with children - Experience in early childhood curriculum development and training teachers in that curriculum - Experience teaching art, music, dance, or gym to toddlers - Strong command of French, Spanish, or Mandarin Chinese. - Experience teaching a foreign language to toddlers - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
