Will oversee a team of techs and service writers to provide “top notch” customer service to external and internal customers. Will oversee all operations of the department including, schedules, budgets and training. Responsible for timely completion of all warranty work to maximize benefits to customer and dealership.
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in service managers roll. Track record of interfacing with customers to achieve satisfaction. Must be able to coach team members to achieve performance benchmarks. Computer literate.
