We are a local bank seeking a Human Resource/Payroll Coordinator for our Central Region support center.
Responsibilities include: Data entry of newly hired information, terminations, add personal changes accurately in the database and maintain appropriate paperwork in personal files. Audit and provide assistance to employee's questions pertaining time cards, paychecks, pay schedules and any other payroll questions. Assist the HR team with any special projects as needed.
Requirements: Must be a critical thinker who pays strong attention to detail. Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks throughout the day. Must have at least 6 months of basic HR experience or payroll administration experience and have proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook< and PowerPoint.
This position pays $30,000 to $32,000 per year depending on experience.
