We are looking for a Station Manager for a Full Power TV Station in Louisiana who can hit the ground running. An ideal candidate is someone who understands the mentality of running a business and meeting forecast and budget numbers.

• Sell advertising time/work with advertisers to help market themselves to their customers
• Coordinate all aspects of client radio advertising campaign including copy, production, billing, collections, remote broadcasts and event marketing
• Develop new business

• Keep station in line with FCC rules and regulations

Skills & Abilities:
• Knowledge of sales principles and practices
• Knowledge of products, customer needs, competition and market trends
• Negotiating, verbal and written communications skills.
• Computer literacy in applicable programs
• Problem-solving ability and skill in prioritizing
• Ability to multi-task and function under deadlines
• Knowledge of FCC rules and regulations

Education and Experience:
• Two plus-years outside sales experience and/or four-year college degree
• Insurance, Vehicle, and valid state driver’s license
• Management experience

• Based on experience and market conditions
