When You Need It Done Right – The FIRST Time!

NOTE: We are not Certified Electricians, and cannot hook up power beyond low voltage. We can install the wiring, put things where you need them, set the sign, etc., but not dabble in the electricity set-up.

**We specialize in "wall-fish" wiring, hiding the cable/wire where you cannot see it and bringing it to YOUR desired outlet location.

I have worked in the air for 17 years, either gaffing poles, climbing ladders or in our trusty aerial bucket truck. After nearly 10 years in my own company, I have added several ‘specialties’ to my resume. Security system camera and business sign installation have come to be one of my most in-demand services, as well as parking lot light-bulbs.

We have heard the horror stories about those ‘fly-by-night’ contractors who either don’t show up, or are nearly impossible to contact when you need them. We are an established corporation here in Littleton, CO, in the same location for 12 years, with a reputation to maintain. I will give you fair rates and RELIABLE, professional service!

Stop being at the mercy of these hit-and-run contractors, and deal with someone you can get to know and count on when you tell YOUR customer to expect us!

SPECIALTIES:

Sign Installation
Security cameras/systems wiring and set-up (I can get you quotes on the system as well)
Cabling entire offices computers, networks, etc.
Maintenance of parking lot bulbs

REGARDING BIDDING AND ESTIMATES: I have struggled with this issue for a while now. I find that if I give free estimates that I spend a LOT of time visiting sites, pricing materials, etc., just to be told that it is a 'possible future project' or never hearing from a person again. I hate to have to charge for estimates, so I will lay out these requests of you:

1-Please only request a bid on projects you intend to do soon, within the month preferably.
2-I will look up the address on Google Earth, which usually gives me a very good idea of what I may encounter. I need to trust you to add anything that would not be known, such as obstacles, lack of approach roadway (if it is a bucket truck job), etc. Once I know the facts, I will give a labor bid, and since the price of the materials is what it is, once we have contracted for me to do the labor, I can price out the materials, or feel free to do so yourself. I do it both ways, you can have the materials on site, and save money, or I can price it, pick it up and deliver, which will add to the overall cost. I simply cannot spend the time to price out materials on jobs, unless it is for a job that I am definitely going to DO.
3-PLEASE if you hire someone else, or for ANY reason are not going to move forward with me, just call or send an email so that I can remove it from my potential list. Just let me know.
4-Please be aware that a PHONE quote is always subject to change if I arrive on site and there exists a problem that was not disclosed or able to be seen with a property sweep on Google. Normally there will be no changes, but it happens sometimes with ditches, etc., that they are not clear and/or an owner does not disclose this. I will try to ask all pertinent questions so that we do not run into this.

That all being said, let's get to work on your project!

We are commercially insured with additional coverage for handling expensive customer materials such as signs, security cameras, etc.

Give me a call and let’s Pow-Wow about YOUR needs!
